1. Terms of use

The internet resource SIRENA, located at https://sirena.pw/, contains information about video games, their creators, and news related to the gaming industry.

The use of the website is only possible with full and unconditional agreement to the terms of this User Agreement.

Users who partially or completely disagree with these terms must immediately cease any use of the website.

2. peculiarities

For the purposes of this User Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:

Website Administration: This entity possesses all exclusive property rights to the website (including the website’s domain name), materials posted on the website, and administers and manages it.

Any User accessing and using the website automatically agrees to this User Agreement and accepts the requirements set forth in this User Agreement.

User Content: Any content (text, video, images, reviews, comments, etc.) created by Users and posted on the website.

User Profile (account): A special section of the website protected by a password. The Profile contains information about the User, which is provided by the User themselves. Each User has the right to have only one Profile.

User’s Personal Information: Any information that the User provides about themselves during registration (Profile creation) or while using the website, including personal data of the User, information that is automatically transmitted to the Website Administration during the use of the website through software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, information from cookies, information about the User’s browser, and other data about the User.

3. REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE

To access all the features of the Website, the User must complete the registration procedure on the Website. User registration is possible by performing a series of consecutive actions to fill out a registration form in electronic form, as a result of which such person becomes a registered User, receives an individual login and password to access all the features of the Website.

The Website Administration has the right to block and/or delete a User’s Profile, deny access to all or some of the Website’s features, and delete User Information without explanation, including in case of User violation of the terms of the Agreement, as well as if the User provides false information about themselves or if the Website Administration has grounds to believe that the information provided by the User is untrue, incomplete, or inaccurate, and violates the terms of this Agreement, or if the User uses someone else’s information.
